Refund Policy
Refund and Exchange Policy! All sales are FINAL and there are no returns allowed due to the nature of our products! For security and safety concerns returns will not be allowed. Once payment is made, we will not offer a refund under ANY circumstances.
Exchanges: If for any reason a customer requests an exchange they must notify us immediately via email at info@glorioustressesandglam.com! We allow up to 3 days for customers to notify us of any issues with any product ordered. Any exchanges must be for a product of equal or a higher value. If any customer chooses a product that is higher in value the customer is responsible to pay the difference. In addition, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for any and all products involved in an exchange. The product must be sent back in the original condition as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn or altered in any way. Tags, bundle wraps, products labels etc must be still attached and not altered in any way. If Glorious Tresses & Glam LLC., does not validate the product defect issue, we will return the item in question to the customer at your expense (via priority mail) without an exchange of product
For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier (USPS, UPS, Fed Ex). The USPS offers various shipping options with tracking information and insurance. We are not responsible for lost items in transit. All Sales are Final on clearance and sale items. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
We take great pride in our products. If any customer feels they have received a defective product please let us know. The customer must contact us in writing within 3 days if they received a defective product. Glorious Tresses & Glam LLC. will make every effort possible to remedy the situation. It is the sole discretion of Glorious Tresses & Glam LLC., to determine if the product is defective. Our products go through Quality Assurance to ensure our products meet quality standards.
