Q. How long will this hair last?
A. It depends on how well you maintain the hair. Virgin Hair can last you up to a year. Raw Hair can last you up to 2 years. It all depends on how well you care for your hair.
Q, Can I order hair with highlights from you?
A. We typically only provide natural black/brown and blonde extensions. Anything outside of that we recommend you purchase natural brown/black or blonde and take it to a local professional stylist/colorist with the skill set to achieve the desired color or highlights you want.
Q. How many bundles do I need for a sew in/
A. It varies. It actually depends on how full you want your hair if you are utilizing a lace closure or lace frontal, and the circumference of your head. The more bundles you order the fuller your hair will be. it's also a matter of preference.
Q. How long does it take for my hair to arrive?
A. Shipping varies based on location. Glorious Tresses & Glam ships merchandise to all locations within the U.S. At this time Glorious Tresses & Glam will not offer International shipping. Typically shipping can take 3-7 business days. In some instances, orders can take 7-10 business days to process and ship. However; if you need your order expedited we can certainly arrange that for you. All shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping can take longer for special orders/requests. Customized orders/special requests can take additional time to process and ship. HD Lace Frontals can take 4-6 weeks to process and ship. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Q. Can the extensions be colored?
A. Yes, extensions offered by Glorious Tresses and Glam LLC can be colored. We recommend having your extensions colored by a licensed professional
Q. I saw 3 bundles or more bundles pictured and I only received 1 bundle?
A. Photos are for illustration purposes. The photos are to give you an example. The prices are per a bundle order, per a wig order, per a lace closure order, per a lace frontal order, per a pair of eyelashes order etc. The products are individually priced unless stated otherwise. Q. I saw an advertisement for a discount but my discount wasn't applied. Why wasn't it applied?
A. Most discounts will be associated with a discount code. Please be sure to put the discount code in the appropriate field during checkout. Refer back to your email (if you are on our list) for the code.
Q. I don't see a product I want on your website. Can I make a special request?
A. Yes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your requests/questions/concerns prior to order. Some products may not be listed on the website but they are available. If the products aren't available we will make every attempt to accommodate your request(s). If we can not accommodate your request we will inform you of this.

Q. How often should I wash my extensions?
A. We recommend washing your extensions every two weeks. We recommend using a mild sulfate free shampoo. In addition, we recommend conditioning your extensions. Be good to your hair and it will be good to you. Take care of your hair like you do your natural hair.
