Chargeback Policy

Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy

Glorious Tresses and Glam LLC has a Zero Tolerance Chargeback Policy! If you read our policies on refunds and exchanges and have questions you are required to contact us via email with any questions and/or concerns. You must email us prior to filing any chargeback.  In many cases we can resolve your dissatisfaction via open and honest communication. 

A chargeback occurs when a customer contacts their credit card-issuing bank to iniitate a refund for a purchase they made with their credit card. Chargebacks are costly and could increase our operational cost, which would ultimately impact our ability to provide the best prices for our valuable customers.  We will not tolerate any chargeback absue in any form.  Anyone who absues this policy will be reported to the Chargeback Protection Project which could potentially impact your ability to purchase at other online retailers across the United States.  

In cases of chargebacks where it was a clearly abused, was deemed fraudulent, or an attempt to cirumvent our policies, procedures and/or contract, we will file a report with the IFCC (Interent Fruad Complaint Center). We will purusue criminal charges for any abusers of this policy. Pursuing criminal charges can include but is not limited to working with local authories to prosecute you. 

To avoid this we ask that you be open and honest. Pay any additional fees for expedited shipping, be sure you're home or at your designated location to receive and sign for your package, and if any issue should arrise you must contact Glorious Tresses and Glam LLC prior to filing a chargeback.
